Cancellation Policy:

Thank you for choosing Good Looks Beauty Salon for your services. We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure a smooth scheduling process and accommodate the needs of all our valued clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Notice:
   We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us enough time to offer the vacant slot to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

2. Late Cancellation Fee:
   If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, we reserve the right to charge a late cancellation fee. The late cancellation fee is equal to 50% of the total service fee for the scheduled appointment. This fee helps compensate our staff for the time reserved specifically for you.

3. No-Show Policy:
   In the event of a no-show, meaning you fail to arrive for your appointment without any prior notice, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee equivalent to 100% of the total service fee. No-shows disrupt our schedule and prevent other clients from accessing our services during that time.

Late Arrival Policy:

   We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays. Therefore, we allow a 10-minute grace period for all scheduled appointments. If you arrive within this grace period, we will do our best to accommodate you and provide the full service.

2. Late Arrival Fee:
   If you arrive later than the 10-minute grace period, we reserve the right to charge a late arrival fee. The late arrival fee is equal to 10% of the total service fee for the scheduled appointment. This fee helps compensate our staff for the time reserved specifically for you.
